Merrin did great with her surgery and is recovering really well, she is such a trooper. We had to go back to the doctors to get the drain taken out and thank goodness it was a quick visit! I will post more about the surgery later but it is hard to type while I am holding her, she wants her Mama!
Thanks so much for all the prayers, emails and messages we truly appreciate it!
PS: She is wearing arm splints so she will not pull her ear cup off, something she did manage to do after about 60 seconds of being home from her surgery yesterday and almost gave her Mom a heart attack!
Merrin we are sending lots of good wishes and a quick get well to you!!! Hope to see you soon

Wendy,
ReplyDeleteI am so glad Merrin did so well. I didn't call today because I know she needs you. Didn't want you to think I wasn't thinking of her. We are praying for a great recovery. We love and miss you all! Kim
How sweet is she in spite of surgical greens and a big bandage, she is so precious. I am so glad that she is coming along so nicely. Love to all, You remain in my heart and prayers.

Wendy,
ReplyDeleteSo glad Merrin is doing so well. I looked at her picture and just wanted to lean in and kiss that little cheek and give mommy and daddy a big hug for having to go through it all. Miss you guys and think of you often.

Merrin, Mamere is so proud of you! You were the best little patient I've ever had. You were still adorable with all your bandages!!
